After spending over a decade in the beauty industry, I often felt like I didn’t quite belong. Growing up in a small town in Tennessee, I dreamed of having a voice in beauty and a place to share my passion. That dream began in my college dorm room, where I started filming YouTube videos to connect with other women who loved beauty as much as I did. What started as a way to share products and empower women quickly grew into a community of millions who, like me, were searching for results-driven beauty without compromising their values.
