The Gua Sha Guide
Gua sha is a time-honored facial massage technique used to support circulation, encourage lymphatic flow, and sculpt the appearance of the skin. When used consistently, it helps promote a naturally lifted, radiant look.
Always begin with a few drops of facial oil to create slip. Using light, upward strokes, glide the tool along the jawline, cheeks, and neck. This can be done morning or night in just a few minutes.
