Gifted this shade to my friend (who’s a POC). She says she doesn’t like wearing lip stick or gloss because her lips are so chapped and you can see the chapped lines through. When she tried this gloss on, she said it felt and looked great on her. I say it’s a win!

I expected this formula to be similar to the Merit Lip Oil, which I liked. The formula is so much better than what I expected! It really nourishing but still has enough grip to stay on the lips without going everywhere. It definitely has more grip than the Merit Lip Oil, but it’s still soft. I bought 3 other lipsticks but I don’t feel like taking this off so I’ll try them later.
The packaging is stunning! The green cap seems to be made of silicone so it feels nice and soft when holding it.
The smell was a really nice touch. It reminds me of mango ice cream from Indian ice cream shops.

I had the Cherry Pie color and had to get the Watermelon color too. I love that it has warmer undertone and it givea just a hint of color to my lips. The feel is so creamy and buttery, and it is not sticky. I love this brand and am waiting for other makeup product releases! (*crossed fingers* for a mascara!!!)
